We are hiring experienced Mortgage Loan

Officers who are ready to produce. This role is ideal for LOs seeking a serious opportunity to scale production, access qualified inbound leads, and eliminate the overhead and inefficiencies that slow down closings.

You'll be working within a high-performance brokerage environment designed around one goal: helping you close more business, faster.

7-10 qualified, inbound company-generated leads dally

Dedicated 1:1 remote support team (screen shares, live help, real communication)

Build your personal brand and generate your own leads with direct marketing support from our in-house team — those leads and clients

are yours to keep

Access to a full range of loan products through a brokerage model - including DSCR, HELOCS, reverse mortgages, and more Access to company CRM, dialer, and marketing tools

Flexibility to choose your compensation plan based on support and state coverage

Additional opportunity to create a long-term income stream by referring other LOs into the organization

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage inbound company leads provided to you

Originate loans across multiple states where licensed

Advise clients on products, rates, and structuring options

Manage and build your own pipeline with provided systems

Work closely with processing and support teams to close loans efficiently

Develop your personal brand and online presence with direct support from our marketing and social media team

Refer other LOs into the organization to build an additional income stream (optional)

Who We're Looking For:

Active NMLS license in at least one U.S. state

Located in the U.S. - priority states include AZ, CA, CO, FL, IN, MD, MI, NC, OK, PA, and TX (almost all States to come soon) At least 6 months - 1 year of origination experience required

Comfortable working remotely and managing your own production

Open to learning brokerage structure and developing a personal brand

Self-managed, professional, and client-focused

Ready to originate and close loans in the next 30-60 days

Additional Notes:

This is not for newly licensed LOs or those seeking entry-level support.

We are also accepting entire salesforces or LO teams from other brokerages.
