Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Mobile Crisis Therapist to join a community-based crisis response team providing mental health assessments and follow-up care across diverse settings.

The role requires collaboration with local law enforcement, crisis intervention, and coordination with community agencies. A PA license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/CAADC), driving privileges, and compliance with state regulations are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license as a mental health professional in PA.
• Knowledge of PA DHS, OMHSAS and DDAP regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy.
• Background checks: Child Abuse, FBI, PA State Police.

Responsibilities

• Assess mental status, risk and clinical needs with clear communication.
• Collaborate with law enforcement on mental health calls and resources.
• Provide emergency psychotherapy and evaluate hospitalization needs.
• Maintain charts, records, confidentiality, and crisis intervention.
• Provide crisis services in community settings and follow-up coordination.
• Sign off on mobile crisis assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
