Qualifications

• Two or more years as a licensed MEP engineer on building projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP design, systems integration, and construction processes.
• Experience interpreting California Building, Mechanical, Electrical, and Energy Codes.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan review and analysis of MEP systems for code compliance.
• Prepare, review, and stamp engineering plans and calculations.
• Coordinate MEP design and plan review with architects and contractors.
• Provide technical guidance and code interpretations to clients and staff.
• Prepare engineering reports and project documentation.
• Assist with project management including scheduling and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and quality standards.
• Deliver services in an efficient, client-focused manner.
