Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to include licensed therapists for telehealth and in-person options where available. Clinicians provide individual, couples, or family therapy with a focus on cultural humility and authentic practice.

• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP in Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth.
• Must have access to a HIPAA-protected space for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain all licensure and professional requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP in the state of Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels; those with clinical licenses in multiple states, in addition to Virginia, are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Flexibility to commit to joining us now and the drive to stick with us so that your caseload can grow
• Must have access to a personal computer suitable for telehealth sessions and required job duties
• Must have high-speed internet access
• Must have a HIPAA-protected space to use consistently for sessions
• Must be comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth

Compensation & Estimated Earnings

Compensation: Production-based. Clinicians receive 60% of the applicable contracted payer rate for each completed, billable session. Compensation is based on the contracted payer rate rather than the amount ultimately collected from insurance or clients. Clinicians are paid biweekly based on completed, billed sessions.

Estimated Annual Earnings

• Part-time: 7-29 completed billable sessions per week; approximately $22,000-$99,000 annually
• Full-time: 30+ completed billable sessions per week; approximately $95,000+ annually

Estimated earnings are based on MySpectrum's average contracted rates for completed sessions. Actual earnings will vary based on caseload, payer mix, services provided, cancellations, no-shows, and other factors affecting completed billable sessions.
