MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to provide flexible telehealth opportunities with in-person options where available. Clinicians are W-2 employees receiving operational support while maintaining clinical autonomy, with part-time and full-time roles.

We value cultural humility and experience serving Black and African American communities and other underserved groups. Licensure and credentialing with major insurance panels are required.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be licensed in one or more states and licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP with credentialing eligibility for major insurance panels.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Must have a personal computer suitable for telehealth and high-speed internet; HIPAA-compliant space.
• Ability to work remotely and see clients via telehealth.

We are expanding our clinician team to more closely reflect the diverse communities we serve. We welcome licensed therapists who bring cultural humility, varied perspectives, and demonstrated experience supporting Black and African American individuals, couples, and families, as well as other historically underserved communities.

MySpectrum is a practice, not a platform. Our clinicians are direct employees (W-2) who receive the operational support they need while maintaining the clinical independence necessary to provide excellent care. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications & Skills

• Applicants must be licensed in one or more of the states listed below. They must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels

Licensure must be in one of the following states:

• Vriginia
• Texas
• Georgia
• Maryland
• District of Columbia
• North Carolina
• South Carolina
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Flexibility to commit to joining us now and the drive to stick with us so that your caseload can grow
• Must have access to a personal computer suitable for telehealth sessions and required job duties
• Must have high-speed internet
• Must have a HIPAA-protected space to use consistently for sessions
• Must be comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements

Compensation & Estimated Earnings

Compensation: Production-based. Clinicians receive 60% of the applicable contracted payer rate for each completed, billable session. Compensation is based on the contracted payer rate rather than the amount ultimately collected from insurance or clients. Clinicians are paid biweekly based on completed, billed sessions.

Estimated Annual Earnings:

• Part-time: 7-29 completed billable sessions per week; approximately $22,000-$99,000 annually
• Full-time: 30+ completed billable sessions per week; approximately $95,000+ annually

Estimated earnings are based on MySpectrum's average contracted rates for completed sessions. Actual earnings will vary based on caseload, payer mix, services provided, cancellations, no-shows, and other factors affecting completed billable sessions.
