Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD) to provide high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. Candidates may opt into Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP tracks.

You will deliver weekly video-based therapy, use CBT and other evidence-based approaches, and work within AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant systems while enjoying a flexible, fully remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Multi-state licensure a strong plus.

Responsibilities
