Job summary

Helio Health, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide counseling and therapy at the Syracuse Crisis Intervention and Prevention Program. The position follows a 3 days on, 12-hour shift rotation (Wed–Fri 9am–9:30pm or Thurs–Sat 9am–9:30pm).

The role offers a sign-on incentive up to $4,000 or $8,000 depending on licensure, with a pay rate of $30.00–$35.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be a NYS Licensed Mental Health professional (including LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
• Two years employment experience in the human services field, experience providing in-community services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical lead for the team, with primary responsibility for risk assessment, crisis intervention and de-escalation, triage and connection to care.
• Develop relationships across the city with community members, local businesses and service/support providers.
• Complete necessary documentation and reporting.
• Relate effectively with staff, patients, and professional community while upholding confidentiality.

Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapistto workFull-Time providing counseling and therapy to patients at our Syracuse Crisis Intervention and Prevention Program.

The schedule is on a rotation for 3 days a week/12-hour shifts:

• Wed, Thurs, Fri from 9am-9:30pm
• Thurs, Fri, Sat from 9am-9:30pm

In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time Licensed Counselors/Therapists are eligible for a Sign-On Incentive up to $4,000 or $8,000 depending upon licensure!

Pay Rate:$30.00 - $35.00 per hour.
