Job description

We are urgently seeking licensed clinicians (LCSW's, LPC's, LMFT's) to help meet the needs of our community. Full-time positions are available as well as remote and hybrid work arrangements. All applicants MUST reside in Oregon and have an active Oregon license.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide individual psychotherapy
  • Perform mental health assessments
  • Develop collaborative, comprehensive mental health treatment plans
  • Complete clinical documentation
  • Maintain an active caseload

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field.
  • Fully registered, licensed, and active in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT
  • MUST reside in the State of Oregon
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals
  • Experience with electronic health records and strong computer skills
  • Ability to maintain timely and accurate clinical records
  • Knowledge of applicable Oregon Administrative Rules and Oregon Revised Statutes
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and 42-CFR confidentiality requirements
  • Motivated and driven with the ability to self-start

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience with and / or credentialing in substance use and co-occurring disorders
  • Diverse clinical experience and comfortability in serving individuals with a wide range of clinical presentations
  • Experience with diverse populations and age ranges including but not limited to children, adolescents, and seniors
  • Experience with couples, group, or family counseling

Compensation

  • W-2 compensation
