CNTA is adding licensed mental health therapists to support outpatient clients, including implementing treatment plans, completing daily progress reports, providing crisis intervention, facilitating therapeutic group activities, supervising clients, and enforcing program rules.

As a Contracted Therapist at CNTA, we promise you will learn and be rewarded daily as you help make a positive difference in someone's life! Your main goal will be to provide high-quality, professional, competent, compassionate, and outcome-based behavioral and mental health therapy services. As a Licensed Clinician, you can expect to:

  • Perform a variety of direct clinical duties in outpatient settings, including in-person, telehealth, or hybrid models, utilizing modalities such as individual, couples, family, group, emergency triage, and organizational/corporate wellness treatments related to trauma.
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations, initial assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, document treatment, ensure appropriate discharge planning/aftercare, and perform community outreach.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive client care.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Stay informed on latest research and advancements in mental health.
  • Serve in an on-call rotation for crisis intervention.
  • Schedule clients flexibly to suit your lifestyle.
Skills and Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work or professional counseling (Pennsylvania equivalent with at least 60 credits). Degree and transcripts required.
  • Valid Pennsylvania license (LSW, LCSW, LPC) in good standing, with proof provided.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and staff.
  • Ability to conduct clinical research and stay current with best practices.
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and confidential approach.
  • Clearances such as Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance and PSP required.
  • No exclusions on state, federal, or local service provider lists.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between offices and ability to work independently and via telehealth.
