We're looking for compassionate therapists licensed in North Carolina to join our full-time team and help clients thrive through personalized, virtual care. What You'll Do

At MindGlow Health, you'll have the opportunity to inspire hope and healing every day by providing individual therapy and support through our secure telehealth platform. You'll create personalized treatment plans that guide clients toward meaningful change, adapting and evolving those plans as they grow. With compassion and skill, you'll apply evidence-based practices to help clients overcome a wide range of mental health challenges. Your clear, accurate documentation will reflect your commitment to high-quality, client-centered care. You'll collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals to ensure each client receives the comprehensive care they deserve. You'll build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships, empowering clients by teaching practical coping strategies, nurturing their resilience, and helping them take an active, confident role in their healing journey.


The Experience, Traits and Skills You'll Have

We're looking for a licensed LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW or equivalent in North Carolina, with an active, independent, and unrestricted license.

Ideally, you'll bring at least five years of post-licensure clinical experience, including work on secure telehealth platforms.

You'll maintain CEUs for licensing and credentialing, hold an active NPI number (Medicare preferred), and be eligible for federally funded healthcare programs.

You're tech-savvy and adaptable, comfortable using telehealth tools, EHR systems, and video platforms like Zoom.

You have a private, HIPAA-compliant space where you can welcome clients virtually.

Your detail-oriented yet deeply compassionate, you communicate clearly, document efficiently, and bring heart to everything you do.
