Mindful Therapy Group in Bend, Oregon invites licensed mental health professionals (LPC) to join as contractors who can build their private practice with full infrastructure and support. You bring your clinical license, expertise, and clients; we provide office space, billing, credentialing, scheduling, and compliance support to help your practice grow.

As a clinician, you will deliver psychotherapy within your scope, maintain documentation, participate in supervision if applicable, and benefit

Qualifications

• Active or pending independent clinical license in good standing.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice.
• Commitment to high clinical, legal, and ethical standards.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your private practice with Mindful Therapy Group infrastructure and referral support.
• Provide psychotherapy within your scope, with accurate assessment and treatment planning.
• Manage billing, credentialing, scheduling, intake, and compliance with support from the group.
• Maintain timely documentation and adhere to regulatory/ethical standards.
