Ally Psychiatry's Charleston Outpatient Clinic is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT) to join our team in Charleston, SC. You will provide evidence-based psychotherapy and collaborate with psychiatrists and advanced practice providers to support patients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina license permitting independent practice (LPC, LISW-CP, or LMFT).
• Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning and evidence-based psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy and mental health counseling tailored to each patient.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and APPs to coordinate treatment.
• Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Educate patients and families on coping strategies and community resources.
