Ellie Mental Health – Clinton Township seeks a fully licensed Michigan LPC to join our outpatient team. You’ll provide therapy to teens and adults, participate in collaborative care, and enjoy a supportive, down-to-earth culture with regular meetings and growth opportunities.

We offer a comfortable private office, leadership support, and a schedule that allows some remote work. If you’re committed to teamwork and high-quality client care, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work
• Active Michigan LPC license with full clinical licensure
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and supporting colleagues
• Private-practice experience preferred
• Comfort using Microsoft 365 and electronic health record systems; Valant experience is a plus
• Leadership or clinical supervision experience is welcomed but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to teens and adults; experience with children, couples, or families is a plus
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and timely clinical documentation
• Deliver compassionate, creative, and evidence-informed care
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
• Maintain healthy professional boundaries and high standards of client care
