Salary: $100,000–$110,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

About the Role

We’re looking for a licensed mental health professional (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) who’s passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges. In this fully remote role, you’ll provide individual and group therapy to clients across Texas, offering guidance, support, and practical tools they can use to improve their daily lives. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home while making a real difference for those who need it most.

Key Duties:

  • Meet with clients virtually for therapy sessions, helping them explore concerns, set goals, and build resilience
  • Create personalized treatment plans and keep clear, up-to-date notes on progress
  • Use proven approaches like CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed techniques to address a wide range of needs
  • Complete thorough assessments to understand each person’s situation and tailor care accordingly
  • Work alongside other healthcare providers when needed to coordinate care
  • Stay on top of documentation and ensure all services meet state and HIPAA requirements
  • A current, unrestricted license in Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
  • A master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related area
  • At least 1 year of experience providing therapy (if you’ve done telehealth before, that’s a plus)
  • Strong listening and communication skills, and the ability to connect with people from different backgrounds
  • Comfortable working independently in a secure, remote setting
