Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Rhode Island is seeking an independently licensed mental health therapist to provide outpatient care via telehealth across the state. This full-time position welcomes LMFT, LICSW, and LMHC candidates who can manage a regular outpatient caseload and work independently throughout the day.

You will conduct sessions, handle intakes, document progress, and follow safety and HIPAA guidelines, with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island independent license in good standing.
• Master's degree in an aligned behavioral health field.
• Experience providing outpatient therapy services.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation.
• Ability to maintain a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete new-client intakes and gather relevant clinical information
• Determine the focus of care based on the concerns discussed in session
• Maintain timely and accurate progress notes
• Use therapeutic methods appropriate to the client and situation
• Complete risk screenings when concerns arise
• Follow established safety procedures when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Rhode Island licensing and HIPAA requirements

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

About the Position

We are hiring an independently licensed therapist to work with clients across Rhode Island through telehealth. This role is open to LMFTs, LICSWs, and LMHCs who are comfortable managing a regular outpatient caseload and working independently throughout the day. You will spend most of your time in scheduled client sessions, with additional time for intake work, case notes, and follow-up. The position follows regular weekday hours and does not require evening or weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

Eligible Licenses
