Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Rhode Island is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) for a full-time remote position. You will provide individual therapy via secure telehealth, supporting clients with mental health, relationship, and life challenges.

The role requires an active Rhode Island independent license, a master's in a behavioral health field, outpatient therapy experience, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Independent RI license in good standing (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC).
• Master's degree in an aligned behavioral health field.
• Experience providing outpatient therapy services.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth.
• Meet with new clients and review concerns.
• Use training and experience to guide each case.
• Keep session notes and required documentation current.
• Recognize changes in symptoms or risk needing follow-up.
• Consult with other clinicians when input is beneficial.
• Follow established procedures when safety concerns arise.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Meet Rhode Island licensing, ethical, and HIPAA requirements.
