Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCMHC, LCSW) – Remote | North Carolina
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW) to support individuals across North Carolina through secure telehealth services. In this role, you’ll engage clients in meaningful conversations, help them navigate life’s challenges, and develop personalized plans that promote lasting well-being — all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home and a predictable weekday schedule.

Duties:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s needs, history, and goals
  • Lead individual and group therapy sessions in a comfortable virtual setting
  • Check in regularly on progress, making thoughtful adjustments to care plans along the way
  • Keep clear, organized notes using our electronic health system
  • Coordinate with other healthcare providers as needed to ensure clients receive well-rounded support
  • Licensed in North Carolina as an LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
  • Experience providing therapy in outpatient, community, or virtual settings
  • Comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth technology
  • Strong listening skills, clinical insight, and a genuine interest in seeing clients thrive
  • Fully remote work environment, complete with the technology and administrative support you need
  • Help with scheduling and billing so you can stay focused on your clients
