La Jolla Wellness is seeking a licensed therapist to join a collaborative private practice with hybrid work options in La Jolla or Mission Valley, CA. You will carry a full caseload (25 client-facing hours weekly) and deliver evidence-based care, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

La Jolla Wellness is a boutique private practice with locations in La Jolla and Mission Valley. We are committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care for individuals and couples. What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Ability to build rapport and provide effective care across a diverse range of clients, presenting concerns, and treatment needs

The Details

• Job Type: Full-time, W2 — 25 client-facing clinical hours/week
• Pay: $75 per clinical hour + admin time compensation, with monthly bonus incentives once you hit your agreed-upon session average — we'll walk through exact numbers in the interview
