Optum Behavioral Care in West Chester, PA is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Clinician (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to provide outpatient mental health services. The position follows an Office-Based schedule with three in-office days per week.

You will screen and assess patients, deliver cognitive and behavioral therapies, document in EMR, and participate in growth initiatives. Requires a Master’s degree and PA license, with 2+ years post-master’s outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field is required.
• Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in Pennsylvania or willingness to obtain.
• 2+ years of professional social work/clinical experience post-master’s in an outpatient setting.

Responsabilités

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods.
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support patient growth by contributing profiles for online directories and marketing efforts.
