Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Location: Bloomfield, NJ | Hybrid Option | TherapyStory

Compensation: $60-$85 per session depending on experience and CPT code

Job Type: Full-time 25-28 sessions per week

Schedule: Maintain a caseload of 30 clients weekly, with 5 hours for administrative work and 5 hours for marketing and practice development activities.

Qualifications:

• Active NJ licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience
• Must hold and maintain licensure in NJ (NY and PA licensure preferred but not required)
• Telehealth trained with experience in remote client engagement
• Preferred expertise: EMDR, Perinatal Mental Health, Couples Therapy (EFT), and OCD/EXRP treatment
