Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking qualified Independently Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy team in Utah.

Whether you join as a W2 Employee or an Independent Contractor, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, hours, and caseload.

Our team of mental health professionals specializes in providing comprehensive behavioral health services within Skilled Nursing Facilities. We promote a collaborative culture with hands-on leadership. As a leading provider, we are committed to delivering state-of-the-art mental health services to patients in the Salt Lake City area.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting in Skilled Nursing Facilities and remotely via Telehealth software.
• Complete documentation promptly in our EMR (Athena I).
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field; Utah licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or CMHC
• NPI (National Provider Identifier)
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Credentialing with Medicaid/Medicare is a plus
• Up-to-date vaccinations or valid exemptions (may be required by some facilities)
• TB Test
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
