• Establish rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Conduct regular patient assessments
• Involve family members when appropriate
• Plan outreach and referral activities

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or higher in related fields
• Full, active LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist license
• 2+ years experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records, especially NextGen
