Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking independently licensed clinical therapists to join the provider network in California. Providers will offer evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and families, with a preference for in-person care in California.

Requirements include a clinical degree and an unrestricted license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/PsyD/PhD) and the ability to work independently with risk and crises as needed. You will be contracted by Lyra Clinical Associates.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track.
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license to work independently.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families, with a strong preference for in-person care.
• Must have office space with ability to see clients in California area.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for clients within Lyra’s network.
• Work with clients across age groups and relationship configurations (children, adults, couples, families).
• Coordinate with Lyra providers and schedule sessions within the platform when applicable.
