Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is looking for independently licensed clinical therapists in California to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based mental health therapy to a diverse client base. Candidates should have experience with various mental health needs and work well with Lyra's advanced matching technology.

Responsibilities include supporting clients in person, managing risk, and utilizing evidence-based treatments. The position offers flexible scheduling with administrative support and a strong preference for in-person care delivery.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license to work independently without supervision.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Work with well-matched clients using advanced matching technology.
• Support clients in person where possible.
