Job summary

BIGHORN CLINIC OF NEVADA is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Las Vegas for a full-time or independent contract position. You will diagnose and treat mental health disorders, teach communication skills, help patients address dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises.

The role requires providing individual and group therapies, creating personalized treatment plans, and maintaining detailed documentation while adhering to licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Current and unrestricted LCSW or LCPC license.
• Interns are welcome to apply.
• BLS and CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide individual and group therapies for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
