Job summary

Wandering Pine Wellness in Nevada seeks fully licensed clinicians to provide individual and relationship therapy to adults, with flexible scheduling and a hybrid work setup (home and in-person). The role requires an NV license, a master’s in a behavioral science, and at least two years of adult therapy experience.

Ideal candidates have training in modalities such as EMDR, CPT, DBT, ACT, or IFS, and experience serving LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients. Competitive benefits accompany the W‑2 role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling psychology, MFT, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Full and unrestricted NV therapy license; applications not considered otherwise.
• Minimum of two years’ therapy experience with adults, teens, families, or couples.
• Thorough training in at least one modality (e.g., EMDR, CPT, DBT, ACT, IFS, ERP).
• Experience with evidence-based practices; experience with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual or relationship therapy to adults.
• Deliver 23 billable client hours per week for full-time status; availability of 25 hours; up to 29 sessions weekly.
• Offer both telehealth and in-person sessions; flexible scheduling to create own routine.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and participate in supervision and group consultation as outlined.
