Job summary

Delta-T Group in the Baltimore area seeks a Licensed Mental Health Professional to provide therapy for youth, adolescents and young adults in outpatient settings.

You will conduct intakes, develop treatment plans, deliver individual and group therapy, document progress notes, and coordinate referrals while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
• Licensed and certified to provide therapy in Maryland (LMSW, LGSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment planning and coordinate care.
• Conduct group therapy and individual therapy sessions.
• Perform intakes and match referrals to appropriate services.
• Write progress notes and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Discharge/transfer planning and coordinating referrals as needed.
• Attend scheduled clinical meetings and maintain chart audits.

Skills

Licensed to provide therapy in MD (LMS

1 year experience in therapeutic env

Valid Driver's License

Education
