Employment Type: 1099 Contract

Requirements

• Active clinical therapist or psychologist license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) allowing unsupervised mental health services
• Experience and training in evidence-based practices
• Proficiency in ongoing treatment planning
• Clean record without disciplinary actions from licensing boards
