Job summary

Lightheart Mental Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our team in Washington state. You will provide evidence-based outpatient therapy to diverse clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

We offer a supportive environment with ongoing professional development and a base compensation range of $56–$67 per billable unit, with variability based on licensure and experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Must hold a current active professional license in Washington State or be eligible for licensure by hire date.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other therapists to deliver holistic care.
