Job summary

Cerebrocare, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide evidence-based individual therapy and comprehensive care for patients with emotional or behavioral challenges. You will perform assessments, create treatment plans, and document thoroughly.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will coordinate care with medical staff and ensure ethical, regulatory, and documentation standards are met. Colorado/Arizona/Nevada licenses required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Colorado, Arizona or Nevada professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Proven experience providing therapy in clinical or medical behavioral health settings.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments, intake interviews, and mental health evaluations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Collaborate with neurologists, medical staff, and support providers to coordinate care.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and documentation standards.
• Participate in case consultation, supervision, and team meetings.

Market Compensation

Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $150,000 per year
