Job summary

Finding Hope Wellness Center, LLC in Lutz, Florida seeks a Florida-licensed mental health clinician with a trauma-focused specialty to join our growing group practice.

Experience with EMDR and/or ART is preferred; you will treat clients with trauma, PTSD, anxiety and relationship concerns while offering evening/weekend appointments. We provide office space, administrative support, referrals, and a split compensation model to support collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Florida license to practice mental health care in good standing.

• Ability to work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.

Job Description

Finding Hope Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Florida-licensed mental health clinician with a specialty in trauma treatment to join our growing group practice in Lutz, Florida.

We are particularly interested in a clinician who has specialized training and experience in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and/or Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and is comfortable working with clients who have experienced trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and other trauma-related concerns.

Finding Hope has an established referral base and provides therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We accept Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare/Optum, in addition to private-pay clients.

We are particularly seeking someone with evening and/or weekend availability to help meet the needs of clients who require appointments outside of traditional daytime hours.

This is aposition utilizing a split compensation model. Finding Hope provides office space, administrative support, established practice systems, and incoming referrals.
