What You’ll Do:
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually)
- Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
- Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance
What We Offer: In addition to the base compensation, full-time Foresighters’ total compensation package includes comprehensive healthcare options, retirement benefits, 401(k) match, company-paid life insurance, and paid holidays and time off.
- Full-time: $70,000–$110,000/year (based on caseload, minimum of 25 clients/week)
- Plus a $3,500 Sign-On Bonus for full-time roles (paid over 9 months)
- Part-time (hourly): $50 USD (minimum 12 hours/week of availability required, average of 10-24 clients/week)
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and or Clinical Psychologists who reside in a state in which we operate (CA residency required for hybrid roles).
- Must not be opted out of Medicare
What Sets You Up For Success:
- Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices; including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
- Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools (Google Suite, Zoom)
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, therapy leaders, billing, and support service
- Reliable time management (including maintaining a consistent schedule), attention to detail, and professional conduct across all responsibilities
- Commitment to accessibility, cultural humility, continuous learning, and Foresight’s client-centered Philosophy of Care
- Adaptability, critical thinking, and a team-oriented mindset within interdisciplinary models
