Location: In-person (with flexibility options) | Must be licensed in the state of Minnesota

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Summary: This position focuses on providing therapy and contributing to a collaborative, values-driven clinic where clinicians can thrive personally and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients of diverse ages and backgrounds
• Maintain appropriate clinical documentation in accordance with MN Board standards
• Participate in optional group consultation, support groups, and case collaboration
• Utilize evidence-based modalities and adapt your therapeutic approach to meet client needs
• Collaborate with internal team members for coordinated care
• Uphold ethical, professional, and cultural standards in all aspects of care
• Contribute to a positive, mission-minded workplace culture
