Twin Cities Therapy and Counseling Associates is seeking licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals to join our clinician-led private practice in Minnesota. We provide autonomy with the support of a collaborative clinical organization and handle many administrative tasks so clinicians can focus on client care.
We offer in-person and hybrid practice options, with telehealth possible based on caseload, client needs, and practice needs.
Twin Cities Therapy and Counseling Associates has been serving clients since 2012. We believe clinicians do their best work when they have both autonomy and support. Our practice is designed to provide the flexibility of private practice without requiring clinicians to manage every administrative detail themselves. At the same time, clinicians have opportunities for clinical consultation, collaboration, and connection with peers across the practice. If you're looking for a practice where you can build a meaningful caseload, maintain flexibility in your schedule, and be part of a supportive and inclusive clinical community, we'd love to hear from you.
Twin Cities Therapy and Counseling Associates serves clients from our Robbinsdale and St. Louis Park offices and throughout Minnesota via telehealth.

Twin Cities Therapy and Counseling Associates is growing with intention, and we are looking for licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals to join our clinician-led private practice in Minnesota.
Our model combines the flexibility and autonomy of private practice with the support and structure of a collaborative clinical organization. We take care of many of the administrative responsibilities associated with private practice so clinicians can focus on providing excellent client care.
At this time, we are not accepting applications from pre-graduate clinicians.
We are especially interested in connecting with clinicians who have specialized training or experience in the following areas to help meet the evolving needs of the communities we serve:
While these are areas interest, we welcome clinicians with other specialties and clinical expertise who would be a strong fit for our practice.
As a 1099 contractor, you have the flexibility and autonomy of private practice while benefiting from the administrative, operational, and clinical support of an established practice. We handle many of the behind-the-scenes responsibilities of running a practice so you can focus on your clients and clinical work, while still maintaining control over your schedule, caseload, and clinical practice.
Clinicians maintaining a full-time caseload have an annual earning potential of approximately $72,000–$104,000, depending on caseload, licensure, experience, and clinical specialty. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering flexibility and autonomy in caseload and scheduling rather than a guaranteed salary.
We are considering clinicians for in-person and hybrid practice, with a particular interest in clinicians who offer afternoon and evening sessions. Telehealth may be incorporated into a clinician’s practice based on caseload, client needs, and practice needs.
Clinicians must be appropriately licensed or permitted to practice in Minnesota, including eligible post-graduate clinicians working toward independent licensure.
We are not currently seeking fully remote clinicians.
