Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a mission-driven, licensed mental health provider in Oregon to support our members through high-quality virtual services. This 1099 independent contractor role is part-time, offering 5–10 hours weekly, with the freedom to work remotely and connect with members across the globe using Maven’s secure telehealth platform.

You will deliver 40-minute video sessions and asynchronous messaging for topics including pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, anxiety, and parenting,

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Oregon license as LCSW/LPC/LMFT or psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
• 5+ years of clinical experience providing mental health care as a fully licensed clinician.
• 3+ years of experience delivering mental health services via telehealth.
• Availability to provide approximately 5–10 hours of care per week, including direct member care.
• Ability to practice independently without clinical supervision and a license in good standing.

About the Role:

Maven is seeking a mission-driven, empathetic Mental Health Provider licensed in Oregon to support our members through high-quality virtual mental health services.

As a Maven provider, you will have the opportunity to connect with members across the globe, scaling impact and healthcare access worldwide. You will join a curated provider network encompassing 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties, dedicated to delivering holistic, high-value care.

This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position requiring approximately 5–10 hours per week.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members through 40-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging, addressing topics such as:
• Pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause
• Adoption, surrogacy, fertility, egg freezing, pregnancy loss, and return-to-work transitions
• Anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns
• Work-life balance and the transition to parenthood
• Parenting and family-related challenges
• Use brief, solution-focused therapeutic interventions to help members address immediate concerns and leave each consultation with practical tools and strategies.
• Collaborate with Maven’s Care Advocate team to coordinate member support, including referrals to in-person care and recommendations for follow-up.
• Champion Maven’s unique care model by delivering culturally humble, compassionate care and advancing our belief that better outcomes for women and families create a better world for everyone.

What You’ll Bring:
