LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) 60K-75K/YR

Position Requirement: Remote Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available

FLSA Status: Exempt

Location: San Tan Valley, AZ

SALARY: 60K - 75K+

OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to join our team and work remotely from the comfort of their home. Today, OMH provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we've specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in a supportive outpatient environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. The psychotherapist will participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
  2. Join OMH to perfect your skills in the emerging field of integrated behavioral health care.
  3. Customize the care for each patient, determining frequency and duration of sessions.
  4. Perform individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.

Enjoy the freedom to create your own custom schedules with the perfect work/life balance. Typically, clinicians work between Mondays – Fridays from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

EDUCATION & LICENSURE:

Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Arizona is required, with the ability to practice independently. Licensure in the state(s) of Massachusetts and/or Colorado preferred.
