OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to work remotely from home. Currently, OMH provides behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we’ve specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in outpatient settings. Our goal is to improve access to holistic and cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinical staff.

Work from or near your home:

With locations in Colorado and Massachusetts, OMH is expanding nationwide. We will work with you to find the best fit and provide everything needed to treat OMH patients remotely. Our interview process considers your skills, interests, and location. You can also choose fully remote positions.

Responsibilities:

Psychotherapists participate in the integrated care team model at OMH. Our outpatient practices emphasize team approaches involving physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and mental health professionals. We value collaborative relationships to provide the highest quality care.

Customize patient care:

You will have autonomy to determine the frequency and length of sessions, performing individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate.

Set your own schedule!

  • Create a work/life balance with flexible scheduling, typically Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
  • No on-call responsibilities; focus solely on your patients.
  • Our support team handles billing, collections, and credentialing, freeing your time for clinical work.

Education & Licensure:

Completion of an accredited program and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Florida is required, with the ability to practice independently. Licensure in Massachusetts and Colorado is preferred.
