OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to work remotely from home. Currently, OMH provides behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we’ve specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in outpatient settings. Our goal is to improve access to holistic, cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinical staff.

Work from or near your home:

With locations in Colorado and Massachusetts, OMH is expanding nationwide. We work with you to find the best fit, providing all necessary tools to treat OMH patients from home. Responsibilities:

The psychotherapist will join the integrated care team at OMH. Outpatient behavioral health practices like OMH emphasize team approaches. Join us to develop your skills in integrated behavioral health care, working alongside physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other licensed mental health professionals. OMH values collaborative relationships across provider levels to deliver high-quality patient care.

Customize patient care:

You will have the autonomy to determine the frequency and length of sessions, tailoring care to each patient. Clinical work includes individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing, depending on patient needs.

Set your schedule!

  • Create your own work schedule for a healthy work/life balance.
  • Typically, work Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
  • No on-call duties—just care for your patients. Our support team handles billing, collections, and credentialing, freeing you to focus on clinical care. After sessions, your time is your own—no extra responsibilities or insurance hassles.

Education & Licensure:

A degree from an accredited program and licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC in Georgia is required, with the ability to practice independently. Licensure in Massachusetts and Colorado is preferred.
