Position: Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LMHC) | Salary: $45K - $65K+ per year

Locations and Remote Work

With offices in Colorado and Massachusetts, OMH is expanding nationwide. We will work with you to find the best fit, whether from one of our locations or fully remote. Our interview process considers your skills, interests, and geographic location.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the integrated care team model, collaborating with physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.
• Customize patient care, including individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate.
• Maintain autonomy in scheduling and session length to promote work/life balance.
• Handle clinical care and documentation; our support team manages billing, collections, and credentialing.

Additional Information

Full-time clinicians may participate in medical benefits. OMH promotes career growth through leadership and advancement opportunities, including senior psychotherapist and site supervisor roles. Licensure in Georgia is required; licensure in Massachusetts and Colorado is preferred.
