Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW/LMFT/LPC): $60K - $85K/year

OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to work remotely from home. Currently, OMH provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we have specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in a supportive outpatient environment, aiming to improve access to holistic and cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinical staff.

Work from or near your home:
With two Colorado locations and plans for expansion, OMH collaborates with you to find the best work-site. Our interview process considers your skills, interests, and location to match you with the best available site. If you prefer, remote positions are also available.
Responsibilities:
The psychotherapist will participate in OMH’s integrated care team model, which emphasizes team approaches involving physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and mental health professionals (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHP). OMH values collaborative relationships across provider levels to deliver high-quality care.
Customize patient care:
You will have autonomy to determine session frequency and duration, with opportunities for individual, family, group therapy, and psychological testing, tailored to patient needs.
Flexible scheduling!
Focus on patient care; our support team handles billing, collections, credentialing, and documentation. No on-call duties or insurance hassles after hours.

Leadership & Advancement:

Education & Licensure:
Completion of an accredited program and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) in Colorado, with the ability to practice independently, are required.
