OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to join our team and work remotely from the comfort of their home. OMH provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado, specializing in serving both adult and adolescent patients in a supportive outpatient environment since 2016.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The psychotherapist will participate in the integrated care team model at OMH. Outpatient behavioral health practices like OMH emphasize team approaches. Join OMH to enhance your skills in the emerging field of integrated behavioral health care. The interdisciplinary health care team includes physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHC).

CUSTOMIZE THE CARE FOR EACH PATIENT:

Clinicians can customize care for each patient, determining how often and for how long to see each patient. Individual psychotherapy is the most common clinical work performed, but clinicians also perform family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.

PICK YOUR OWN SCHEDULE!

Enjoy the freedom to create your own custom schedules with the perfect work/life balance, typically working between Mondays – Fridays from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities, as our support team handles billing, collections, credentialing, etc.

EDUCATION & LICENSURE:
