Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional at the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle, Indiana. You will provide mental health case management, assessments, crisis intervention, and therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field and an active Indiana license (LSW, LCSW, LHMC, LMHC-A), TB and CPR certification, plus two years of direct care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Active Indiana mental health license (LSW, LCSW, LHMC, LMHC-A).
• TB documentation and CPR certification required.
• Minimum of two years’ direct care experience with mental illness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management in a correctional setting.
• Conduct intake assessments and crisis intervention.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group therapy.
• Consult with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care.
