Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional at Plainfield Correctional Facility in Plainfield, Indiana. You will conduct intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and provide individual and group therapy to inmates.

The position requires a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling and an active Indiana license (LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A), TB and CPR current, and at least two years of direct care experience.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Active mental health license in Indiana (LSW, LCSW, LHMC, LMHC-A) is required.
• Minimum of two years’ direct care experience with individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Must show TB documentation and have CPR certification.
