Centurion is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at Miami Correctional Facility in Bunker Hill, Indiana. You will provide mental health case management, intake assessments, crisis intervention, and therapy within a correctional setting.

Requirements include a Masters degree in a relevant field and active Indiana licensure (LMHC, LMHC-A, LCSW, LSW, LMFT), tuberculosis documentation, and CPR.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• Active mental health professional license in Indiana (LMHC, LMHC-A, LCSW, LSW, LMFT).
• Tuberculosis documentation and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake and assessments.
• Conduct crisis intervention and treatment planning.
• Deliver individual and group therapy.
• Perform mental health case management and consult with a multi-disciplinary team.
