State of Nebraska is seeking Licensed Mental Health Practitioners to provide therapy for adults at Lincoln Regional Center, a state psychiatric hospital. The role supports the Behavioral Health Division with a focus on comprehensive patient care and evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health practitioner credential required for LMHP track.
• Provisional licensure acceptable for consideration.
• Knowledge of DSM-5 and evidence-based therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or group therapy per treatment plan.
• Share clinical observations with the treatment team.
• Document progress notes and maintain DHHS/LRC standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary planning and team meetings.
• Engage in performance improvement and program committees.
• Contribute to peer reviews and case discussions.
