Role Description

The Licensed Mental Health Practitioner will provide full-time, on-site clinical services at Family Solutions Counseling in Oklahoma City, OK. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches. The practitioner will maintain accurate clinical documentation, coordinate care with other providers as needed, and participate in case consultation or team meetings. Additional duties may include crisis intervention, referral to community resources, and contributing to a supportive, inclusive, and ethically grounded practice environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Mental Health Care and Mental Health, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Work and Community Mental Health, including resource linkage, advocacy, and collaboration with community agencies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Psychology, including understanding of human behavior, psychopathology, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Current, unrestricted licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Oklahoma or eligibility for licensure transfer.
• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
• Demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive, and trauma-informed care for diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards.
• Experience providing outpatient therapy in private practice or community mental health settings is preferred.
