The role focuses on building rapport, delivering evidence-based treatment, and collaborating with healthcare providers to advocate for services.

Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, completing progress notes, and ensuring timely billing while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in relevant field and NV license.
• Must use EHR and Google Docs for documentation.
• Comply with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
• Provide evidence-based mental health counseling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 28+ weekly sessions.
• Provide mental health therapy within training scope.
• Coordinate with other providers for case management.
• Respond to crises and ensure safety.
• Submit progress notes and billing by 10am next business day.
• Follow best practice for documentation and billing.
• Maintain professional demeanor and rapport with clients.
• Develop therapeutic rapport and client engagement.
• Work with limited on-site supervision.
• Communicate daily with team.
• Attend monthly staff meetings.
