Revolution Recovery Center seeks a licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our outpatient behavioral health team in New Jersey. The clinician will provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapies while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes crisis intervention, timely documentation, and adherence to ethical and confidentiality standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active New Jersey license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers.
• Maintain compliance with all ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements.

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our outpatient behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will provide assessment, treatment planning, individual counseling, group therapy, and crisis intervention services while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

This role is best suited for a clinician who is passionate about helping individuals achieve lasting mental wellness and is comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations.

Qualifications

Required

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active New Jersey license in one of the following:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Preferred

• Experience in outpatient behavioral health, PHP, IOP, or related mental health settings.
• Experience facilitating individual and group therapy.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills.
