Third Space Therapy is looking for passionate, Fully Licensed Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We combine the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare through telehealth services.

What you'll need:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling.
• A valid LMHC license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts.
• 1-3+ years of hands-on therapy and assessment experience.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools.
• Flexibility to dedicate 10-30 hours weekly to client care.
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
