Job description

We are looking for full-time Mental Health Counselor-Limited Permit (MHC-LP) professionals to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program!

Benefits: Our team works 100% remotely from their own homes!

1. W2 full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package
2. We provide internal supervision for MHC-LPs; No supervision fees!
3. Monday - Friday schedule; No weekends! Shift options include 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm EST
4. Bi-weekly test prep and annual stipend for growth and education opportunities
5. Compensation: $65k-$68k per year
6. Additional compensation offered to bilingual candidates (Spanish)!
7. We not only partner with commercial health plans, but are also a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider and see patients across the lifespan

Requirements:

1. Master's level degree
2. Licensed Master Social Worker in New York
3. Eligibility to work in the United States
4. Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
5. Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
6. Meets background/regulatory requirements

Skills:

1. Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis

3. Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
